2. Proposals & Estimates

All pricing, estimates, timelines, and proposals are subject to change until formally approved in writing.

Project scope modifications may result in revised pricing or schedules.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in project agreements, invoices, or approved proposals.

Late payments may result in service delays, suspension, or additional fees where permitted by law.

4. Scheduling & Delays

Project schedules are estimates only.

TurnPro360 is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather
• Supply chain interruptions
• Utility issues
• Access restrictions
• Third-party vendors
• Client approval delays
• Conditions outside reasonable control

5. Property Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to properties and work areas.

TurnPro360 reserves the right to refuse unsafe working conditions.

6. Warranties

Unless otherwise stated in writing, services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis.

Manufacturer warranties on materials or equipment remain subject to the original manufacturer terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurnPro360 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Property losses outside agreed project scope

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable services.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and materials are owned by TurnPro360 unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with site functionality
